Faculty vitality is the main ingredient to enhance professional education and competence. Enriching the faculty expertise in key domains of teaching, assessing, research, professionalism, and administration is perceived to improve the educational environment significantly and enhance the academic performance of learners. This segment of the project will share knowledge among all the stakeholders regarding the educational challenges faced by this province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan and also the neighboring country Afghanistan along with global scenarios. The Higher Education Commission will highlight their role in Faculty professional development programs to all participants.

In this phase of the program, our team will aim to educate, prepare, and equip participants with the tools and skills to effectively integrate technology into the curriculum. The top three types of teacher professional development are periodic workshops and single session workshops. The importance of generating creative thinking among students and problem solving techniques will be discussed. The participants can also share their experiences and difficulties in class handling and get better suggestions from the expert trainers. The class preparation tips, planning for the lecture and its executions with a variety of teaching methodologies will be explained. Use of technology in knowledge sharing has a vital role in today’s world where the young generation is quite adaptive to gadgets and software. Google applications will be taught to participants in an activity based interactive session. Case study methods and simulations will also be included in this segment. Collaborative learning and building teaching skills will equip the faculty to create a learning environment in the classroom. Work ethics and conflict resolution must be the art of a well trained faculty member.
